Pancit Ala Pobre


1/3 cup


½ cup

garlic, minced

4 cup

chicken stock

200 grams

bihon noodles

2 cup

chicken breast fillet, boiled & flaked

½ cup

spring onions, cut ½" long

salt and pepper to taste

1. In a pot, melt Dari Crème and sauté the garlic.
2. Cook garlic until golden brown.
3. Set aside half of the garlic for garnish.
4. Add in the chicken stock together with the noodles.
5. Cook until noodles are tender.
6. Add in the flaked chicken and half of the spring onions.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Garnish with half of the remaining toasted garlic and spring onions on top before serving.
