No Bake Pots de Creme





Ingredients

1 cup

Magnolia PureFresh Natural Cow's Milk

1 cup

All Purpose Cream

6 pcs

Egg yolks

1 cup

Bitter sweet chocolate

½ cup

Unsweetened chocolate

½ cup

Unsweetened whipped cream



Procedure
In a medium bowl, combine the milk with cream and bring to a simmer over moderate heat. In a small bowl, beat the egg yolks. Slowly whisk in ½ cup of the hot milk into eggs. Add the egg mixture the mixture to the sauce pan and cook over moderate heat. Stir continuously until mixture is slightly thickened, about two minutes
Immediately add the chocolates and remove the saucepan from the heat. Stir until the chocolate is completely melted, then strain the mixture through a fine sieve. Portion the mixture into 8 small ramekins and refrigerate until mixture is set. Serve with a dallop of whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
